Never had a problem like this on mavericks and am totally stuck. I can boot into clover fine, and see the main hd as well as recover and usb if i plug it in, but it will not get back into the OS. I thought it was trying to go back into an installer, but I am also thinking something might not be loading. It takes me to the apple logo screen with the progress bar, then times out and gives me a circle with a line through it.

I can install the OS fine, but it is not letting me reboot once it is installed. I ended up wiping my drive (have it backed up), and trying a fresh install with a usb stick and unibeast + clover, but nothing is working. I was able to download the newest clover, install the kexts into the 10.10 folder inside the EFI folder and install the update from the apps store.Īfter rebooting, I ran multibeast 7.0 to fix my ethernet and etc (DSDT free since uefi and have usb audio), however, after doing that and restarting, every time i try to boot into osx it thinks i am trying to run the installer or something (apple logo with progress bar below).
I followed this guide, and am also using clover uefi to boot. I am using an i7 4770k, asus z87 hero vi and a gtx 780. Hey guys, I have been running 10.9.5 for a while now, and it's been great.
